Microsoft did fix Hyper-V network bottleneck on Windows 11 24H2

Good news, finally Microsoft did fix Hyper-V network bottleneck on Windows 11 24H2 by adding vEthernet (Default Switch) which fixed the issue.

Before that to fix that network bottleneck on Windows 10 and Windows 11 machines - Hyper-V vEthernet (Virtual Switch) should have been adjusted by setting Large Send Offload Version 2 (IPv4) and Large Send Offload Version 2 (IPv6) to Disable state.
